Margie and her staff were great. We got all of our formal wear from Bridal Details and on our wedding day, just 3 hours before the ceremony, my dress broke, no fault of theirs or the dress manufacturer. Margie came all the way downtown to take me to her seamstress and got it fixed in time for our pictures. We are truly grateful to her! Great service and prices!
Bridal Details is a store that takes pride in every bride and bridal party member that we help. We work with many brides when other stores have told them that they can't order any longer. We will go the extra mile to make sure that our brides have a dress for their special day.
A review on our business helps us to know where and how to improve our processes. It is very important to remember when ordering a wedding gown that it typically takes 6 months to get the gown. We are able to do it in many cases much faster when needed though.
A particular review that has been placed on our listing shows exactly that point. A young lady ordered her gown in February for a Wedding that was in July. The dress was a test gown, which wasn't a gown that was offered in the regular line. The dress was made and the QC department of Alfred Angelo wasn't happy with the product, so they requested to have the dress recut so that the bride would not have a dress that was below Alfred Angelo standards. We contacted the bride as soon as we received the call from the designer. This was a unique situation that happens rarely with designer's. Designer's such as Alfred Angelo and many others will not release any information to brides directly as the bridal shop is the retailer and bride's must work with the shop directly.

I bought my dress five months before my wedding. I was told the dress would arrive by late May, however my dress did not come until the end of June. I was originally told my dress was made wrong and sent back to China. However when I called the designer, they did not have an order for my dress! After weeks of phone calls with the designer and Bridal Details my dress was found! I found Bridal Details lacking in their customer service, as they did not offer anything (ie. free alterations, etc) due to the delayed arrival of my dress--especially considering my wedding date was less than one month away after my dress arrived--and I still needed it altered!
This store is awesome! I had to go there for an emergency pair of shoes just days before my wedding because of a botched alterations job (my dress was not only much too short, but there were several things wrong now with the boddess). The women working there were great and listened to my story. They connected me with a new alterations woman who fixed some of the mistakes made to my dress in time for the wedding. They were life savers!!
