This is the worst possible service you will ever receive from any retailer, period. I had my own disaster (terrible rudeness, dress showing up months late and just four days before my wedding, couldn't-care-less attitiude.) Then I found many MANY others with the same experiences - for years. STAY AWAY.

This bridal shop was very disappointing - they are rude, unfriendly and of no help - -we went there more than once just on the off chance that everybody there was having a bad day - how else could one explain such behavior - we finally quit looking there and purchased everything at a different store. Who owns this place - you would think they would want to do something about it.

Horrible service and it took 10 months to get a dress (in the wrong size). Was shopping for a new wedding gown 3 days before our wedding! Would NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

This place truly has the rudest woman working there. They stick up their nose in the air the minute you walk through the door. Not willing to help at all. In fact even insult you and make you feel stupid in any dress you may try on. Brides be warned!! DO NOT GO THERE!

Although they have a great selection of dresses that doesn't make up for the unacceptable customer service they provide after you write the check. They were snotty, rude and barely had my dress ready the DAY before my wedding. Would not recomend to anyone.
